Instead, loosely wrap cheese in parchment paper, then store it in a cool area like a wine cabinet or in the crisper section of your fridge.”

Located between Nashville TN and St . Louis MO is the small Kentucky town of Princeton.  Not much happens there.  Unless you like ham!  A delicacy of the south.  Walk or run to Newsom’s for aged hams, country hams, prosciutto, smoked sausage, smoked bacon and preserves.
